How the bulk QR code generator works
Paste your list into the box with one item per line, up to 50 per batch. Choose the mode: URL turns each line into a web link (https:// is added if missing), Text encodes each line exactly as written, Phone turns each line into a tap-to-call code, and WhatsApp turns each number into a wa.me chat link. A live preview shows every code as you type, and any line that cannot be encoded is clearly marked.
Pick a theme to restyle the whole batch in one click. The bulk tool also picks up the last design you used in the main generator, so you can perfect one code there, including colors and dot style, and then apply that look to an entire list here.
Download as a ZIP or a print-ready A4 PDF
Choose ZIP of PNG files for web pages, emails and digital use, or ZIP of SVG files for professional printing, since vector files scale to any size without losing sharpness. Files are numbered in the order of your list and named after their content, so it is easy to match each code to the right product or table.
Choose the PDF option to get A4 sticker sheets with each line printed as a caption under its code. That caption makes it simple to cut out and place labels correctly, for example matching table numbers, product links or staff phone numbers.
Practical uses for bulk QR codes
Restaurants can create a code per table for table-specific ordering links. Retailers can label shelves or products with links to individual product pages. Teachers can print a sheet of codes linking to different worksheets or videos, and event organizers can make text codes for seat labels or session rooms. Teams can make WhatsApp or phone codes for each member of staff in one go.
For more than 50 items, split the list into several batches. Every code is static, so it never expires and keeps working without this site.
Privacy for large lists
Bulk lists often contain internal links or phone numbers. All codes, ZIP files and PDFs are created inside your browser, so the list is never uploaded to a server. Check a few codes from each batch with your phone before printing large quantities.
